Ortofon MC Quintet Black S

MC Quintet's turntables are the result of years of research, innovation and effort to fine-tune the quality of analog sound. Ortofon has introduced five models of these cartridges, with each in the series having its own sonic expression.
The MC Quintet Black S cartridge is the best, with the most perfect and accurate resolution.

The advantage of these velocity cartridges is the minimal inertia of the moving parts, for precise copying of the groove, they require approximately 10 times less clamping force than the deflection gears. As a result, the spikes of these transfers do much less damage to the shape of the groove in the plate and the record remains longer in the quality in which it was pressed.

Again, this transfer is a more refined type of its predecessor, where the S designation announces the Nude Shibata diamond tip on the sapphire tremor, presenting the ultimate in sapphire strength.
