The Coull Quartet is a renowned British string quartet that has been in existence since its formation at the Royal Academy of Music in 1974. The ensemble, named after the Scottish village of Coul, quickly established itself as one of the leading European string quartets. The members of the quartet have been resident at the University of Warwick since 1977, a testament to their commitment to music education and their long-standing relationship with the academic community.
