UFO are widely regarded as one of Britain's finest hard rock bands and this year (for the last time) they will celebrate their 50th anniversary with their last world tour. Phenomenon (1974) was the band's debut for Chrysalis and marked a departure from the band's earlier space rock sound to a heavy rock style. This album also marked the debut of Michael Schenker, who would be a major influence on the band in the years to come. The album was produced by Leo Lyons at Morgan Studios and features some of the band's greatest rock anthems, "Doctor Doctor" and "Rock Bottom". This set was reworked from the original analogue production masters by Andy Pearce. Released in an 8-panel digipack with O-card with new liner notes by Martin Hanna. Includes a CD of B-sides and unreleased demo versions and a third CD of live material.
