Producer, composer and director Sevdaliza releases her much anticipated second album "Shabrang". The 14-track album, produced entirely by herself and longtime collaborator Mucky, is the anticipated follow-up to her 2017 debut album "ISON". In just a few short years, Sevdaliza has established herself as an iconic, highly creative, versatile and independent artist who has since caught the fancy of many celebrities. Her stunning music video for "HUMAN" from her debut album has racked up over 25 million views on YouTube to date, and her masterpiece "Shahmaran" about mental slavery has won two British Music Video Awards. Over the past two years, Sevdaliza has toured 35 countries and won thousands of fans around the world. (Spotify 200,000, Youtube 300,000, Insta 230,000) Now Sevdaliza is back with her next album "Shabrang". The term "shabrang" comes from Persian mythology, and although there is no direct translation that captures its essence, the Persian term "shabrang" means something like "the palette of colors of the night". This "palette" is visualized in the tones of Sevdal's blue eye on the album cover. The blue eye represents years of physical and emotional turmoil. Sevdaliza says, "This album represents that the essence of everything for me is love. It is a deep letter to myself, my own bible to write, to trust and believe in life. I believe in myself and in my human character." Sevdaliza was born in Iran and lives in the Netherlands. She is now known for her strong independent streak in creating her art. She is a producer and engineer, an independent art director with a critical eye for detail and storytelling, and a unique songwriter.
