"Obscured By Clouds" is the seventh LPm album by Pink Floyd. The album was originally released on June 3, 1972 and is based on their soundtrack for the French film La Vallée. The recording of "Obscured By Clouds" took place at the Château-d'Hérouville studios near Paris. It lasted only two weeks. It's still the first album on which Pink Floyd used a synthesizer. Pink Floyd's seventh album is finally back on vinyl Pink Floyd fans have been waiting impatiently for this album. The rock legends are gradually re-releasing all their albums on LP. Back in June 2016, the release of the band's first four albums began, followed by more albums in August. In September, the series will continue with, among other things, "Obscured By Clouds". All songs on the reissue were remastered by James Guthrie, Joel Plant and Bernie Grundman. Along with "Obscured By Clouds", Pink Floyd also re-released "Meddle" and "Atom Heart Mother". All reissues of the series are released on 180 gram heavyweight vinyl. The cover art is the original design. Finally: the seventh Pink Floyd album "Obscured By Clouds" is available on LP for the first time in years.
