All Or Nothing At All collects twelve of the best titles Billie Holiday released on the Verve label in the mid-1950s. Her association with producer Norman Granz ended in January 1957. On this collection, released in 1955, Holiday once again showcases why she was able to get so close to her listeners. She lets her emotions flow gently throughout each song and throughout the set, alternating between her interpretation. In this way, she reflects the complex emotional states we all succumb to time and time again.
