The ACRYL IT platter is made of acrylic with a matt surface and high density, which does not transmit any resonance. It is thus an ideal upgrade not only for DEBUT and XPRESSION turntables.
Changing is easy: Just replace the original metal platter with Acryl IT.Unlike metal platters, where you have to use a felt pad between the record and the platter to dampen the resonances of the metal, with an acrylic platter you can place the phono record directly on its surface, without an additional intermediate layer.Milling for the label is also included.
Acrylic thus not only elevates the aesthetic aspect, but thanks to zero resonances it delivers audibly better sound results!It is thus a very effective and efficient way to upgrade a turntable.
