Three carefully designed transducers

The Tesi 7 is equipped with three carefully designed transducers to ensure high sound quality. The 26mm tweeter incorporates a special radial damping chamber and a compact but powerful neodymium magnet that allows for precise reproduction of high frequencies. The specially shaped tweeter face not only improves aesthetics, but also optimizes the propagation of high tones. For low and mid frequencies, there are two 160mm mid-bass drivers. Their diaphragms are made of polypropylene mixed with mica, which increases their strength and durability. In addition, they are equipped with an aluminum ring that linearizes the inductance, ensuring high fidelity sound reproduction. This combination of technology and materials makes the Tesi 7 an excellent choice for any home theater system where the emphasis is on detailed and dynamic sound.

Powerful, detailed sound

A major innovation in the design of Tesi 7 is the new suspension system for the mid-bass drivers - an innovative Dual-Wave design, inspired by suspensions similar to those used in stage speakers. This precision-engineered component extends the linear operating range of the drivers and minimizes intermodulation distortion, especially in the low frequency range. As a result, midrange clarity is improved, a critical aspect for a central loudspeaker with responsibility for reproducing dialogue or narrator voices.

Improved turnout

The Tesi 7 also received a new and improved turnout, the component responsible for directing specific frequency ranges to their respective drivers. Utilizing specialized metering systems, the same topology and comparable component quality as the Diva Series flagship turnouts was maintained. This carefully crafted turnout allowed for uniform impedance characteristics, high efficiency, low distortion levels and optimum off-axis sound dispersion.
