Warpaint is an American indie rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2004. The group consists of Emily Kokal (vocals, guitar), Theresa Wayman (vocals, guitar), Jenny Lee Lindberg (bass, vocals), and Stella Mozgawa (drums). They began gaining prominence with their blend of atmospheric guitars, intricate rhythms, and ethereal vocals. Warpaint's debut studio album, "The Fool," was released in 2010 to critical acclaim, establishing them as a band with a unique sound that defied easy categorization.
