Victor Smolski is a Belarusian musician, composer, and producer, renowned for his virtuosic guitar playing. Born on February 1, 1969, in Minsk, Belarus, he is a classically trained musician who has made significant contributions to the heavy metal and progressive rock genres. Smolski was a long-time member of the German heavy metal band Rage, with whom he played from 1999 until 2015. During his tenure with Rage, he contributed to the composition and production of several albums that blended heavy metal with classical music elements.
