The Bronx is an American punk rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2002. The band's sound is characterized by hard-hitting, energetic punk rock with elements of hardcore punk and rock and roll. They have built a reputation for their ferocious live shows and a relentless touring schedule. The Bronx has released several albums throughout their career, with their self-titled debut album coming out in 2003. They have a tradition of naming their rock albums simply "The Bronx" with the addition of Roman numerals to differentiate them, which includes "Bronx (IV)" released in 2013, followed by "V" in 2017. The band members include Matt Caughthran on vocals, Joby J. Ford and Ken Horne on guitars, Brad Magers on bass, and Joey Castillo on drums. In addition to their punk rock output, they also perform as Mariachi El Bronx, a side project where they play mariachi music.
