Sinfonia Varsovia is a Polish chamber orchestra based in Warsaw, Poland. It was founded in 1984 by Yehudi Menuhin, one of the most renowned violinists of the 20th century, and Franciszek Wybrańczyk, with the support of the City of Warsaw. The orchestra quickly gained a reputation for its high-quality performances and has worked with many distinguished conductors and soloists. Sinfonia Varsovia has toured extensively, performing in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Australia, showcasing a broad repertoire that spans from Baroque to contemporary music.
