Indie Rock Band from New Jersey

Real Estate is an American indie rock band formed in Ridgewood, New Jersey in 2009. The band is known for its melodic, guitar-driven sound and introspective lyrics. The founding members include Martin Courtney (vocals, guitar), Alex Bleeker (bass, vocals), and Matt Mondanile (guitar), with Jackson Pollis (drums) and Jonah Maurer (keyboard, guitar) joining in later iterations. Mondanile was replaced by Julian Lynch in 2016. Real Estate gained recognition with their self-titled debut album in 2009 and achieved wider acclaim with their subsequent albums "Days" (2011), "Atlas" (2014), and "In Mind" (2017). Their sound is often characterized by a sense of nostalgia and a laid-back, summery vibe. The band's consistent lineup changes have not deterred them from maintaining their distinctive style and continuing to produce music that resonates with a loyal fan base.
