Kingfisher Sky is a Dutch progressive metal band that was formed in 2001 by drummer Ivar de Graaf after he left the symphonic metal band Within Temptation. They are characterized by their melodic approach and the distinctive voice of lead singer Judith Rijnveld. Kingfisher Sky's debut album, "Hallway of Dreams," was released in 2007 and established their presence in the progressive metal scene. They followed up with subsequent albums such as "Arms of Morpheus" in 2014 and "Technicoloured Eyes" in 2018, further developing their sound and showcasing their musical versatility.
