Helix is a Canadian hard rock band formed in 1974 in Kitchener, Ontario. The band is best known for their 1984 album "Walkin' The Razor's Edge," which was a commercial success fueled by the hit singles "Rock You" and "Gimme Gimme Good Lovin'." Helix's lineup has undergone numerous changes throughout its career, but the group has consistently been led by vocalist Brian Vollmer. They gained significant popularity in the 1980s with their energetic live performances and catchy heavy metal tunes.
