When the genre's best artists come together, you can expect a work of genius. The album is an amazing combination of talent and songwriting. "Highwaymen 2" is the second album by this supergroup to climb to #4 on the country album chart. The song "Silver Stallion", written by Lee Clayton, was the first single to hit the Country Top 40. The album was produced by Moman and was nominated for a Grammy for "Best Country Vocal Collaboration"! Six songs were written or co-written by members of the group.
