French designer Christophe Lemaire and Egons Now-Again Records present the second installment of their series of world psychedelic rock, funk and folk grooves. "Can't You Hear Me" features 17 tracks of 1970s garage rock that emerged during the struggle for independence in countries like Zambia, Nigeria and Zimbabwe.
