It was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1999 and in 2003 Rolling Stone magazine ranked it 65th on its list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. Review ,,...because the studio versions, some of which are considerably longer, are thankfully often different from the album version or even from each other - this is especially evident on the title track, which swings in a distinctly jazzier fashion. "I Shall Sing," with which Art Garfunkel had a Top 40 hit in 1973, also has a special status, while Morrison's final mix remains unreleased to this day."
