The double CD contains the 2017 master album and a bonus CD with various demos and B-sides. A deluxe edition with three CDs and a DVD is also available. The additional CD contains the previously unreleased concert recording "Live In Boston", recorded at the "Great Woods Center For The Performing Arts" on August 5, 1986. The DVD includes a new high-definition stereo mix and the film "The Queen Is Dead" by Derek Jarman. "The Queen Is Dead" is the third studio album by the band, led by singer Morrissey and guitarist Johnny Marr. It was originally released on 16 June 1986 and reached number two in the album chart in its native Britain. Best known songs include "The Boy With The Thorn In His Side", "Bigmouth Strikes Again" and "There Is a Light That Never Goes Out". A classic in a new guise: more than 30 years after its first release, a remastered and expanded reissue of The Smiths' milestone "The Queen Is Dead".
