The Beatles' Revolver, released in 1966, is often cited as one of the greatest albums of all time. The album was recorded between March and April 1966 and features 14 tracks, including classics such as "Eleanor Rigby", "Yellow Submarine" and "Taxman". The album was a departure from the band's earlier work, as it featured more complex and psychedelic arrangements and heavier guitar riffs. The album was also the first Beatles album released on CD.
