The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and sold 1.21 million copies in its first week, making it the biggest album debut of all time for a female artist. Since then, Red has been certified quadruple platinum by the RIAA. The album's lead single, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together", became a huge hit, topping the Billboard Hot 100 chart for three weeks and becoming the biggest single of Swift's career. The second single, "I Knew You Were Trouble", was also a huge hit and reached number two on the Hot 100. The album Red contains a mixture of country, pop and rock, and Swift has written or co-written every song on the album. Critics praised the album for its lyrical depth and for Swift's songwriting skills. Red was nominated for Album of the Year at the 56th Grammy Awards, and Swift won the award for Best Country Album. The album was also nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album at the upcoming 57th Grammy Awards.
