The Ramones released their sixth studio album, Pleasant Dreams, in 1981. The album was produced by Tommy Erdelyi and was the last album by the band to feature Richie Ramone on drums. The album peaked at number 44 on the Billboard 200 chart and featured two singles, "I'm Affected" and "The KKK Took My Baby Away".
