This will also be the case for the legendary band Queen at the end of September!On 25 September, a special box set of the British legend will appear on the market, bringing all fifteen studio albums on eighteen vinyls for the first time. This box will be special and unique in many ways and is therefore not only for die-hard fans, but also for all lovers of epic collectible rarities!The source for this year's vinyl release is all fifteen studio albums, i.e. Queen, Queen II, Sheer Heart Attack, A Night At The Opera, A Day At The Races, News Of The World, Jazz, The Game, Flash Gordon, Hot Space, The Works, A Kind Of Magic, The Miracle, Innuendo and Made In Heaven were in fact master tapes of the original recordings, handled by Bob Ludwig, a renowned American sound engineer specialising in mastering, who worked with these recordings for this year's release at Abbey Road Studios in London.The result of a challenging project, which took a large team of people five years to prepare, is a feast for the ears as well as the eyes. All the albums will be released on multi-coloured vinyls, each colour corresponding to the original cover or the main motif of each album. In three cases, the content of the single-disc album is also divided into two vinyls due to the longer track record, so that some songs do not have to be cut short as they were in the past. Those who purchase the special box, perhaps just for pleasure or collecting purposes, will be pleased to know that each extra record will contain a special code for digital downloads of the contents of each disc. For those who wish to add just some of Queen's vinyl to their discography, each of the fifteen albums will also be released separately, but they will be a uniform black colour.The complete set, entitled Queen: The Studio Collection, comprising eighteen vinyls in a narrative box set, will be complemented by an exclusive, lavishly illustrated one hundred and eight page hardback book that charts the complete evolution of the band, featuring hundreds of period photographs and images on high-quality paper, many of them exclusive, that have been borrowed specifically for this box set from the personal archives of Brian May, Roger Taylor and several die-hard fans...The extensive Queen: The Studio Collection box set is definitely not just another release of Queen albums on vinyl, it is the most extensive and definitely the most complete set on exclusive 180 gram colored vinyl to date, which belongs not only in every true rocker's home collection!The complete vinyl box set, complete with an exclusive book and individual Queen studio albums on vinyl, will be released by Universal Music on September 25, 2015!
