The album Someday My Prince Will Come (Columbia CS 8456) was the only studio album the Miles Davis Quintet recorded with Hank Mobley on tenor saxophone (the other two albums were live recordings). It was also Miles' last reunion with John Coltrane, who joins Mobley on the title track and is the only tenor on "Teo". In addition to the six original tracks on the album, two other tracks from this recording session (one of them with Philly Joe Jones on drums) and two live versions played at the Blackhawk in San Francisco were selected as bonus tracks.
