Bless Its Pointed Little Head is a live album by JEFFERSON AIRPLANE recorded at the famous Fillmore East and West concert halls. Specifically, it is their first live album and a documentary that shows the band's evolution into a top concert band. Included on the record are harder rock versions of classics like "Somebody To Love" and "Plastic Fantastic Lover" that demonstrate the band's ability to improvise and offer their own raw/powerful alternative. Bless Its Pointed Little Head is one of the best live albums of the late 60s , offering more than enough punchy and rocking JEFFERSON AIRPLANE tracks. For Jefferson fans and music lovers in general, this is a must have. JEFFERSON AIRPLANE made a name for themselves in the second half of the 60's by performing at the famous rock festivals Monterey (1967), Woodstock (1969) and Altamont (1969). Their 1967 album Surrealistic Pillow brought them worldwide fame, and in 1996 they were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
