With this new LPm, the brilliant quartet of Carlos Marin, Sebastien Izambard, David Miller and Urs Bühler have created arguably their most impressive work since 2004, when they founded a new musical genre with their debut album. Il Divo's sensational success over the past seven years has not only given the world a whole new vocal sound, but also founded an entire genre. With 25 million albums sold, 150 gold and platinum awards, more than two million concertgoers, a performance in front of billions of television viewers at the opening of the 2006 World Cup, and the only crossover classical album ever to top the US charts ("Ancora", 2006), the foursome could be forgiven for resting on their laurels for the foreseeable future. But that's not their way.
