"Premier Hits" collects 21 songs by Gary Numan and Tubeway Army on vinyl for the first time, including hits like "Cars," "I Die: You Die" and "Are 'Friends' Electric?" The LP includes four bonus tracks "Metal", "We Are So Fragile", "Films" and "Me, I Disconnect From You".
