Fans have been waiting for this moment for a long time: For the first time in their more than 20-year career, DEPECHE MODE are releasing a live recording of one of their famous concerts on DVD. The generously conceived double DVD impresses with its fantastic picture (16:9) and sound quality (5.1 Dolby Digital), which combines the famous "magic" of DEPECHE MODE's live concerts in all their intensity. The first disc contains a recording of the Paris concert from last year's "Exciter Tour", recorded by Anton Corbijn, a long-time artistic collaborator of the band who has already been nominated for a Grammy for his 1994 film "Devotional" with DEPECHE MODE. "One Night In Paris" captures the nearly two-hour concert (1 hour and 58 minutes) on October 9 and 10 at the Palais des Sports Bercy in Paris, which Corbijn and his team filmed from 13 camera perspectives. The result is a film that allows the viewer to experience the concert up close and personal and shows DEPECHE MODE at their best. The second disc contains previously unreleased footage and interviews with the band before the show, with fans before the show, a photo gallery used during the stage show and annotated by Anton Corbijn, a bonus track ("Sister Of Night") as well as a documentary about the entire recording process and several bonus tracks. "One Night In Paris" is not only an absolute highlight for die-hard DEPECHE MODE fans - the DVD is a live document of one of the biggest and most successful pop bands of all time!
